Searching for Hope: Trust Your Path – She.Is.Beautiful & Heart Ping Life

Here we are going to tell you straight up-the first thing you are going to have to do is make peace with you past and find gratitude in the present and future. If you are thinking, “but you have no idea what I’ve been through”, you’re right. But what we do know is that we can’t change the past, but we can change the future.

Knowing that our minds are our most powerful tool, we still have to continually recommit to choosing gratitude and positivity everyday because the truth is, life is hard, there are struggles and challenges. Those hardships teaches so much about ourselves and about life. We hope they make you resilient.

There is also SO MUCH beauty and possibility in the world, we invite you to stay open to it.

“A lot of people feel like they’re victims in life, and they’ll often point to past events, perhaps growing up with an abusive parent or in a dysfunctional family. Most psychologists believe that about 85 percent of families are dysfunctional, so all of a sudden you’re not so unique. My parents were alcoholics. My dad abused me. My mother divorced him when I was six…I mean, that’s almost everybody’s story in some form or not. The real question is, what are you going to do now? What do you choose now? Because you can either keep focusing on that, or you can focus on what you want. And when people start focusing on what they want, what they don’t want falls away, and what they want expands, and the other part disappears. (Jack Canfield)”

Let’s take a look at the Law of Attraction and how you can use it to take control of your life. When you can find faith in yourself and your path, the future feels less scary. The Law of Attraction is a big part of she.is.beautiful’s story. It gave Melissa the courage and confidence to start something new and leave comfort behind. Sara and Melissa have both used it in different areas of their life and continue to bring gratitude daily to things that they want more of.

The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. Using the power of our minds to focus on the things we want. You can write things down in a positive way as if things have already happened for you in the way you hope they will pan out.

“Thank you universe for a career path that fulfills me.”

“Thank you for a partner that supports, encourages, and loves me for who I am.”

“Thank you for bringing incredible friendships into my life.”

You can do this in a journal but you can also do this by closing your eyes before you go to bed or while your coffee is brewing in the morning.

Bring forward what you want to attract more of in your life. You have the power. Get present.

“You can choose courage or you can choose comfort. You cannot have both.” – Brene Brown
