Where to Stay Race Weekend?
Our 3 recommendations of places to stay for She.is.beautiful:
- Chaminade Resort: You can receive 30% off at Chaminade on the Friday and Saturday of the race (race day is Saturday morning, May 11th). We love Chaminade and highly recommend staying here.
The reservation code is RUN (831-475-5600 or 1-800-283-6569) OR here is the reservation link -registration link here.
Chaminade is located about 10 minutes from the start (if no traffic). It’s secluded in the Santa Cruz hills, there’s access to beautiful walking, running, and hiking trails, they have an onsite restaurant with great views, there’s a pool, hot tub, fire pits, spa and more!
2. Marriot Courtyard in Santa Cruz ( 2 miles from the start line) This location is ideal for walking or jogging to the start line. This new hotel is located near the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. We don’t recommend walking around this area late at night but it is a safe and beautiful hotel.
3. If you are coming with a large group you may want to look into renting a house on VRBO or airbnb.
