Santa Cruz- Saturday May 11th (registration opens Oct. 25th)
Santa Barbara- Saturday, Sept. 7th (next registration window: 24 hours in January 2024)
Your registration includes: Access to the event, cute race shirt, custom goodie bag, and free race photos.
Since inception, our community partner is Girls Incorporated of the Greater Santa Barbara

Your entry fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If the event is cancelled due to a force majeure event, including, but not limited to natural disasters or pandemics, there are no refunds for this event.

Bib Pick Up
Bib Pick Up is on Friday, September 6th
12:00pm-6:00pm
Chase Palm Park field, ocean side next to the Palm Park House: 236 E Cabrillo Blvd, Santa Barbara, CA
Here you will get your bib, race shirt, say hi to vendors, shop SIB merch, photo ops, and stop by the shoe bead station!
YES, you can pick up a friend’s bib!
**If you CANNOT make it to bib pick up, you can pick up your bib race morning for a $10 convenience fee at this same location on Saturday, Sept. 9th 7:00am-8:00am. Again, there WILL be a $10 fee charged to pick your bib race morning.

4:00pm Kids 1k Race at Chase Palm Park (same place as bib pick up)
4:45pm-5:30pm Complimentary Yoga with Yoga Soup (Just show up!)
5:45pm-6:15pm “Know to Run” short film viewing with Rising Hearts

Kid's Race
Join us for the 3rd Annual Kids Race! Geared towards age 1-12
🌈 Face Painting from 3:00pm-5:00pm
Race Date and Time: 4:00pm on Friday, September 6th
Location: 236 E Cabrillo Blvd, Santa Barbara, CA
Distance: 1 K
🧢 Swag: Kid Trucker Hat, Sticker, and Goodie Bag
Cost: $20 if you want the hat, $10 if you don’t want the hat
What’s included? Participation in the event, Sticker and Goodie Bag, Race bib with redeemable McConnell’s Ice Cream 🍦, Kid’s Trucker Hat (if you opt-in for this swag piece)

For those who opt-in on the SIB Challenge, we will be doing a Trail Run, Walk, or Jog on Sunday, Sept 10th at 8:00am. Participants must register for this event.

Teams raising $5,000 – $10,000 may represent their company in the Strong, Smart & Bold Zone at the event. As a Community Team, you will be featured on our four social media channels with 5,500 followers, in our monthly newsletter with more than 5,000 subscribers (and an above-average open rate of 51%), our website that receives nearly 35,000 impressions per month, and in mentions in our press releases and media engagements.
We are accepting Community Teams in multiples of ten, from 10 to 100.
